On the Fourth of July the High 5 Initiative will be assisting the Salute to Cecil County Veterans group with the post-firework cleanup. Fireworks are set off the night prior on the North East River while the community watches from the North East Community Park. We will be there the next morning to collect trash at the park and surrounding streets....
