On the Fourth of July the High 5 Initiative will be assisting the Salute to Cecil County Veterans group with the post-firework cleanup. Fireworks are set off the night prior on the North East River while the community watches from the North East Community Park. We will be there the next morning to collect trash at the park and surrounding streets.
We will provide cleanup supplies. We will also have light snacks and water, though we do encourage you to bring your own in a refillable container. The address provided is to the Upper Bay Museum on the water's edge at the park but we will be meeting at the beginning of the park on the grass to get supplies and assign areas.
