Cecil Cares is an annual, countywide day of service coordinated by Cecil County Department of Community Services - Community Partnerships Division and a Cecil Cares Planning Team; the event receives support from Upper Shore Regional Council.  Cecil Cares offers citizens the opportunity to connect and volunteer with local organizations (nonprofits, government agencies, and faith and service-based organizations) on a variety of service projects throughout the County. The 9th annual Cecil Cares day of service is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th, 2024, but please note that several projects will take place on Friday, October 11. Details are included in each project description, so be sure to choose a project on the date that works for you.
