We are excited to announce our annual Taste of Meeting Ground fund raiser is getting underway and we need your help to make it a success!
In total, we will need 5 volunteers. The following duties are vital to the evening going off without a hitch!
~2-3 Parking attendants to assist in the parking lot of the Elk Forge banquet site, on Elk Mills Road. Shifts are 5:30-9pm
~1 Driver to shuttle attendees from the Cecil Manor parking lot to Elk Forge. Shift from 5:30-9pm
~3 volunteers to help set up the banquet space, provide basic hostess services (clearing empty plates, cups and emptying trash regularly, keeping drinks filled and cleaning up after the event). Shift from 4-9:30pm
Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean record are required for shuttle service work.
This fund raiser is a relaxing night for our donors to enjoy various wines and foods, which greatly supports our mission.
