Who We Are

In our programs (Cecil County Men's Shelter, Mary Randall Center, and Wayfarer House, Street Outreach Team) we provide safe shelter, case management, opportunities for participants to develop community and deepen their spiritual connections, assistance with job seeking or entitlement applications, referrals to medical, mental health and substance use services, help to find affordable housing, transportation.

Each program has a unique focus and style, and each seeks to assist persons to overcome obstacles to safe, affordable, and stable permanent housing.

What We Do

Meeting Ground’s Mission

We, the community of Meeting Ground, respect and serve persons at risk of, or experiencing homelessness by meeting basic human needs, connecting people to services, fostering spiritual and emotional well-being, and advocating for those whose voices need to be heard, with the goal of creating a path to a place they call home.
