The Cecil County Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA) will partner with Cecil County Department of Community Services and the Neighborhood Youth Panel to maintain and replant the rain garden at the County Administration Building on Tuesday, April 9th.
This is another opportunity for stewards and the community to work together to improve a public facility, and it’s also the class project for Cecil WSA Class 1!
Please bring along your favorite shovel and gloves if you need them. The County Administration Building is located at 200 Chesapeake Blvd in Elkton. We’ll be working from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm and the rain date will be April 10th, same time.
