Healthy Options Program for 55+: Hypertension Presentation

There will be a FREE presentation on hypertension and how to better manage your condition on Tuesday, December 6th, from 10 am - 12 pm. The presentation will be provided at North Street Senior Apartments, 214 North Street, Elkton, MD.
