Description
The Department of Community Services invites you to participate in "Thank a Hero" on Friday, September 11th, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Come out to the Cecil County Administration Building lobby and take a few minutes to write a thank you note to emergency/first responders, 9-1-1 EMTs, law enforcement, fire fighters, etc. Completed cards will be distributed to our local Cecil County heroes.
