The Fabulous Hubcaps make their debut at MST! Milburn Stone Theatre is looking for volunteer assistance for our upcoming event, “The Fabulous Hubcaps”. Please review the information below and if you would like to join us, sign up for a position. Take note that a brief training session is provided at the beginning of each afternoon/evening for every event, so you do not need prior experience. As a thank you, you are welcome to view the concert for free, as well as select two concessions! Responsibilities
Will Call: You will work at the Will Call station and give patrons their tickets when they arrive if they have selected Will Call as their preferred pick-up method.
Concessions: You will work in the concessions stand along with an MST Staff member. You will sell candy, drinks, and wine. You will need to be comfortable with handling cash and doing simple math. (You must be 21+ for this position).
Ticket Scanners: You will use the ticket scanner device to scan patron’s tickets prior to entering the theatre.
Ushers: Once patron’s tickets are scanned you will help them to find their seats, and/or assist them to their seats. If the event has Programs/Playbills you will help hand those out as well.
