Festivities start at 5:15 PM in the Municipal Parking Lot at Bow & Howard with Jack Foreaker's Halloween Puppet Show. Followed by a dance performance by Bobbie Ann's Dance Studio. Parade begins at 7 PM.
Trick or Treating down Main Street will begin immediately following the parade.
Volunteers are needed to assist with registration and parade line up for Elkton's Halloween Parade. Further assistance may be needed to help merchants hand out candy following the parade.
