Rain Garden of North East - Expansion

Expansion of existing rain garden by 35-40%. Also, current rain garden is partially failingso expansion and replanting are expected to increase rain water remediation in the area. This project is being coordinated through the town of North East and the Cecil County Department of Public Works. This is a fully funded project.
