Cecil County Parks & Rec

1. Develop strategically located County land into the first Regional Park in Cecil County to benefit citizens, schools and commerce. 
2. Create a new and unique system of parks and trails in conjunction with County Municipalities.
3. Re-assess existing programs and implement new as needed. 
4. Meet the needs of the athletic community and school board with the development of synthetic turf multi-purpose fields for use by the community.
5. Explore new and enhance existing partnerships, increase relationships with independent organizations and provide opportunities for sharing resources throughout the county.
