The Cecil County Local Management Board, in partnership with The Paris Foundation, is pleased to host aha! Process, Inc. for Bridges Out of Poverty. This workshop offers a comprehensive approach to understanding poverty. Bridges Out of Poverty uses the lens of economic class and provides concrete tools and strategies for a community to alleviate poverty.
