Cecil Family House is a provider of transitional housing for homeless families with children in Cecil County. The goals is keeping an intact family, including a father, together during the crisis of homelessness. Joyce Duffy, Executive Director, will update us on the progress of opening a Cecil Family House. Cecil Family House is a project of Harford Family House.
