Tree Decorators develop themes and put together a Christmas Tree to be auctioned off during our Festival of Trees Silent Auction during the month of November.
CASA of Cecil County is excited to be hosting fourth annual Festival of Trees at Woody's Crab House in North East, Maryland. This unique experience allows visitors to experience some holiday magic surrounded by trees decorated by local businesses and individuals.
