Who We Are
On Our Own is a Mental Health and Wellness Recovery center. Changing Attitudes, Promoting Recovery, and Achieving Wellness. Our Missions is to encourage wellness, recovery respect to all, empowering individuals with psychiatric disabilities to reach there maximum potential through advocacy and peer support. We serve people who have been diagnosed or think they have addictions or any other psychiatric disorders. We Encourage self-help by providing education, information and referral to community agencies and services.
What We Do
On Our Own is a peer to peer based wellness and recovery center
We offer Outreach, Crisis support, Transportation (related to mental health), Co-Pay assistance, Help filling out various applications, community resources, Programs and groups mental health and co-occurring disorders.
**CPRS Supervisor on site so for those looking to get their supervision and field hours in the role of a peer for their CPRS certification- this is a fantastic opportunity.
