

Who We Are
CHEP Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit, originated in 1990 and is headquartered in Perry Point, Maryland.
CHEP has a dual mission of providing transitional housing through veteran-only programs and hosting affordable, high quality educational programs for healthcare providers in Harford and Cecil Counties as well as neighboring regions.
What We Do
Our nation’s heroes deserve the best care possible and with your support, CHEP is able to not only provide housing but also educates the clinicians who deliver essential care to these veterans every day.
CHEP’s housing projects promote independence and stability, enabling veterans to focus on skill building, employment, financial stability, mental health, wellness, and substance use recovery with the help of our compassionate team of program managers, caseworkers, and support staff.
Our goal is to restore hope and dignity to the veterans in our programs so they can live independently, maintain permanent housing, and enjoy an improved quality of life.
