Who We Are
In Cecil and Harford Counties, Nicanor INC is an advocate for the hungry and displaced. We travel throughout these counties to help children and families in need by providing food, clothing, toiletries and whatever else we can.
Hunger isn't seasonal, which is why our year-round mobile food kitchen gets so much attention. Devote an afternoon to serving a hot nutritious meal and see first-hand the families we help daily.
We are in full swing of our spring and summer schedule. Many people are in need especially when kids are on summer break. Please inquire via email or FB Messenger as to our most urgent needs.
What We Do
Nicanor INC has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for the hungry, needy and under-represented members of our local community. One out of every five children in Maryland do not have enough food, 38% of people who are food-insecure do not qualify for federal assistance (USDA).
