Who We Are
Did you know there is program in Cecil County (Harford County, too!) that connects adults ages 55 and older with volunteer opportunities? Cecil County Department of Community Services (DCS) is the local sponsor for an AmeriCorps Seniors program – known locally as RSVP of Cecil/Harford Counties – where adults ages 55 and over serve with partner organizations to lend their skills and experience to help meet critical community needs.
What We Do
AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers may choose how, where, and when they want to serve with time commitments that suit the volunteer’s schedule. Potential volunteers may find a service opportunity with a variety of partner organizations in Cecil and Harford Counties.
