Chesapeake Isle Civic Association is responsible for the maintenance and well-being of the Chesapeake Isle Community.  Similar to a homeowner's association, the CICA has been in existence for 30 years and has seen many changes in a unique community. Chesapeake Isle is located inbetween sections of Elk Neck State Park in North East, and has beautiful views of the North East and Elk River, along with access to woods and forest and a private beach and mooring harbor.
