Volunteer Cecil is a central resource system for matching and promoting volunteer opportunities with interested volunteers, organizations, agencies and businesses throughout the Cecil County area.

  • Not sure if your agency is registered? Contact agilde@ccgov.org to find out!
  • If your agency is registered and you need to make some changes to your agency or contact information - contact agilde@ccgov.org for assistance. 
  • If your agency is NOT yet registered, please visit VolunteerCecil.org/user/register to complete the Agency Sign Up.
  • To register as a volunteer, please visit VolunteerCecil.org/user/register and click SIGN UP.
    • You can be an agency manager and a volunteer for other agencies using the same profile
  • Please complete all of the required agency information including contact person and agency description. Incomplete agencies will not be approved and may be deactivated.
  • Once your agency information has been submitted, it will be reviewed by Volunteer Cecil staff. They may request additional information prior to approving the agency.
  • You will receive notification when your agency is approved. Once approved, you may start adding Volunteer Opportunites and Events.

Volunteer Management Training Workshops:

Volunteer Cecil is excited to offer volunteer management workshops to Cecil County organizations enabling them to spend more of their dollars on community programs and sustainability instead of staff training and enrichment. Organizations registered on Volunteer Cecil and located in Cecil County may attend all workshops free of charge, unless otherwise noted (you must pre-register, however). Learn more about creating a strong, effective volunteer program.
