Upper Bay Counseling has just opened our first-ever client food pantry! Our clients consist of adults, children, and their families who may be experiencing trauma, PTSD, or depression. We are just as excited as our clients that this much-needed resource is now available to our program community. Many of our clients face food insecurity; this pantry will help them reach their healthy living goals.
This volunteer opportunity is available to anyone 18 years and older, for approximately 2 hours on both Tuesdays and Thursdays (schedule may change to one day a week).
