Downtown Elkton is being so nicely revitalized but the places that are lacking attention are the walking spaces. The sidewalks are dirty, grasses grow through the cracks of the sidewalks, there is trash everywhere that doesn't always make it to the cans (especially after a storm), the bushes planted at the base of all the trees are scraggly and, if we get permission, we will be ripping them out and replacing them with pretty ground cover and/or perennials.
