"Black Tie or Blue Jean" Bingo event

Upper Bay Counseling is hosting their 13th Annual Children's Benefit Event, "Black Tie or Blue Jean Bingo" Benefit Event. This event offers a great evening of delicious food, networking, live music, silent auction and six unique bingo games with a twist. Funds raised at this event directly support the UBCSS Child/Family programs that serve more than 2,500 children in our community.
