Voices of Hope Maryland

Voices of Hope is a community recovery education group focused on empowerment, not enabling.

Our mission is to advocate for recovery resources, mentor new people in recovery, work to eliminate the stigma of addiction through outreach events and education, and generally support all pathways to recovery.

Our vision is to end the cycle of addiction, heal families affected by addiction, and change the perception of addiction for all.

Voices of Hope is a recovery support organization serving families primarily within Cecil County through advocacy, education, mentoring, community engagement and focused services that help to remove the stigma and ease the related life struggled of anyone affected by addiction or in recovery. We advocate for resources and support all pathways to recovery. Voices of Hope engages the entire community in recognizing this epidemic and partners with local businesses and other recovery related nonprofits to make the biggest impact on our shared communities.
