Who We Are
The Cecil County Judy Center promotes school readiness and success through collaborative community partnerships to offer a full range of services for children birth to age 5 and their families. Funded through the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), and in collaboration with Cecil County Public Schools, the Judy Center grant provides a variety of services to families who live in these areas:

What We Do
Services include early childhood education, health, and adult education services, family literacy, and programs for infants and toddlers.
